Illustration. Design. Music. OMMA Award Winner for design. Michael interned at W.B. Doner international advertising agency, while getting his Bachelor of Fine Arts. After graduating top of his art class, he worked at Art Machine in Los Angeles, among the top movie poster designers in the world. With over 15 years experience, he has worked with many of the top entertainment industries ranging from movies, television, video games, and music.

Ryan Flynn

PROJECT MANAGER

Ryan Flynn lives between two worlds. He looks completely skeptical while delivering total confidence. He has a background in both graphic design and biomedical science. He's 24 going on artist/cyborg. But where these worlds overlap is his new focus: he's bringing all the knowledge and all his youthful awesomeness to every project we put in his way. William Lepczyk

Brand Strategist

This guy. Will has over 10 years of experience in online media production (including a stint at the Onion Network News), but don't be fooled by his deep, calming voice and stylish ways. He's got more energy and drive than you do. And trust us, that's a very good thing. It's what makes Will pretty much the #1 reason our projects get done on time, on budget, and better than everyone else's. He's a little embarrassed by our bragging about him in this bio. It's cute.

Rob Penner

Production Director

Rob Penner has a rare, advanced doctorate from The School of the F*#%nG Right-On. To earn this highly coveted degree, he had to take about 1,000,000 solid photos from many corners of the world, which he did with his fantastic, original eyes, veritable Narnia closet of bad-ass equipment, and general lightness of spirit and fantastic attitude. But Rob's also just, well, rad. And likeable. And when you see his work, you feel schooled yourself a little bit.
